Seminar weekend

As the weekend approaches, I’m getting more and more anxious about the seminar but I know that it is going to be a success in terms of content and material taught. I am planning to cover the basic of all the forms including Siu Lim Tao, Chum Kiu, Biu Jee and the Wooden Dummy. I will also be covering the energy concepts of wing chun through single hand chi sao and even let everyone get a feel of the concept of chi sao and using two hands simultaneously. Everyone will get to go through the forms  to get a feel for them.

There will also be a question and answer session as well as wing chun weapon demos.

I’m excited to say the least!!! Also I have been preparing some material that participants can take home with them talking about the concepts of each of the forms and the training of each form.  All styles and lineages are welcomed!! Hope to see you there.
